Shipping & Delivery:

We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of items in stock. Backordered items will ship as soon as available. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Most domestic orders are shipped via UPS from North Brookfield, MA. Most international orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Items purchased with credit cards will be charged immediately and funds held until item ships or further notification is provided. Please contact Customer Service regarding orders being shipped to a foreign address, rush deliveries, or shipments with special instructions.
